Shipping policy

We know you're anxiously awaiting your goodies, so make sure to check out all the info below when ordering so you know what to expect!

General Information 

  • We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed.
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
  • If your order includes a preorder item, it will not ship until the date indicated in the product description of the item.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.

Shipping Options

  • USPS Priority Mail- 1-2 business days, but not guaranteed.
  • USPS Ground - 3-5 business days 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our warehouse, its shipping status is completely out of our hands! 

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, Then feel free to file a claim with USPS. For more info on filing a claim and the form to file your claim, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
